Job Description: • Report directly to a North American M&M Manager and be accountable for engagement with client personnel and delivery of results. • Collaborate with the global Metals and Mining Industry Team to contribute to thought leadership, offerings, and methodologies, bringing global best practices to the North American market and clients. • Work in consulting business assessment and implementation engagements. • Act as a trusted advisor to client management and front-line personnel, maintaining and expanding relationships in alignment with the account team. • Participate in and contribute to internal and external industry networks with the aim of developing new business. Requirements: • Experience working in a management consulting firm and/or hands-on experience in the Metals and Mining industry is a plus. • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry solutions and best practices in operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability practice lines. • Strong communication and presentation skills at the Consultant level, with the ability to effectively drive solution development, and high-quality delivery of key services. • Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing a team. • An entrepreneurial spirit, results-focused, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing consulting environment. • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, PowerBI, Tableau, and Visio is preferred. • Technical knowledge and experience in supporting clients on transformational journeys, including strategy development, operational roadmaps, integration into business units and functions, and support in implementation. • Strong understanding of and familiarity operational performance improvement and operations excellence methodologies would be a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude to collaborate within fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary teams. • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
