What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT). 2–4 years of experience in roadway/highway design, with active involvement in OpenRoads Designer-based project delivery. Proficiency with design platforms such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, and related transportation tools. Understanding of line-item bid projects and transportation project workflows. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills. Experience working with DOTs, local agencies, or transit authorities is a plus.
