Certified General Appraiser (1099 / Independent Contractor) Location: North Central Iowa | Field Work Company: Growthland We are partnering with the owners of Growthland, a respected agricultural real estate, appraisal, and business advisory firm based in various locations in the state of Iowa, in the search for an experienced Certified General Appraiser to join their independent contractor network. Growthland’s strongest need is in North Central Iowa, though they remain open to conversations with appraisers located in the Northwest or Northeast regions of the state of Iowa. This unique partnership allows you to operate with the freedom and earning potential of a 1099 appraiser — while benefiting from Growthland’s unmatched data resources, systems, processes, and team support.
