Brand Manager, World of Hyatt (Hybrid)

As a key member of the Global Marketing team, the Manager will have direct responsibility for driving awareness, preference and conversion for the World of Hyatt program through brand strategy, positioning, paid and owned marketing execution. The Manager will play a key role in the strategic evolution of the World of Hyatt brand, along with execution of go-to-market integrated campaigns, tactical marketing (e.g. paid digital media, email marketing) and storytelling content creation. To be successful, this candidate will need to be hands-on, creative, agile and results driven. Qualifications • Build annual marketing plan, including executing and supporting strategies and tactics across all marketing/comms channels • Lead planning and coordination with regional and global brand teams • Write creative briefs and communicate to creative agencies campaign objectives & deliverables • Manage coordination and rollout of new brand identity, collateral, templates, and development of style guides and pull through across properties and disciplines • Responsible for brand education within marketing and across global teams • Support brand sponsorships • Develop ongoing content, social & influencer support • Manage day-to-day projects with agency partners • Regularly communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders on multiple projects ensuring projects are on-time, within budget and meet objectives • Project manage and coordinate meetings with clear agendas, meeting notes and action items to keep projects on schedule • Continually seek ways to add value and strengthen relationships with other departments • Maintain knowledge of portfolio of competitive loyalty programs • Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, and detail-oriented • Demonstrate the desire to thrive and grow in a fast-paced environment • High competency level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Flexibility and capability to take on special assignments/projects as directed by supervisor • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values • Hybrid position in Chicago with on-site expectation of 2-3 days per week • The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
