Role reports to: Sr Marketing Mngr Global Wound Care Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Brand Manager of Innovation will build the innovation strategy for US Markets (including brands such as Band-Aid® Brand, Pepcid®, Imodium® and Neosporin®), develop a future pipeline for US the market, & execute current innovation pipeline projects. The Manager will work with a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, design, and marketing leads. Key Responsibilities • Develop an innovation strategy for the US market, ensuring that it delivers against the brand growth plans, positioning Brands to grow HHP and market share, while delivering Sales goals. • Leverage data-driven insights and emerging market trends to build compelling brand pipelines that differentiate Brands in a competitive landscape. • Collaborate closely with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations. • Lead cross-functional teams to execute new product innovation projects. • Ensure plans meet customer and consumer needs, exceeding customer hurdle rates, elevating brand equity and driving market share growth. • Manage and optimize the innovation budget to maximize ROI. • Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous improvement with cross-functional team. What we are looking for Required Qualifications • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments. • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative, engaging campaigns.
