B2B Sales Executive - Outside Sales

Full-Time | Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission. OTE $125,000 Looking to build your career in sales with a fast-paced, people-first company? We’re seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our outside sales team. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and achieving goals, this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Do: • Identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and referrals to generate consistent monthly sales. • Schedule and lead sales appointments to assess needs and present tailored service solutions. • Build rapport and trust with potential clients to close deals and grow long-term partnerships. • Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting activities. • Maintain detailed and organized client information in the CRM system. • Use warm calling and relationship-building strategies to engage with decision-makers. • Maintain an active pipeline via your personal “Hot 25” prospects list. • Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales process. • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach. • What You’ll Need: • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets. • A “hunter” mentality – self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven. • Prior formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie) is a plus. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail and follow-through. • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • Proficiency in arenaflex Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
