B2B Email and Digital Marketing Manager

Virta is building a world-class demand generation engine, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance. This person will own the execution and optimization of our digital, email, and ABM programs. You’ll be a critical member of the demand gen team—helping accelerate pipeline, deepen engagement, and fuel the performance marketing engine with data-driven insights. This person will bring experience from multiple industries and B2B, B2C, and even B2B2C environments to the table. This position is ideal for a technical, analytical marketer who can operate end-to-end: from building and launching campaigns to analyzing performance and recommending optimizations. Responsibilities • Manage and execute digital, email, and ABM strategies across platforms; optimize for engagement, conversion, and lead generation. • Own the day-to-day management of email workflows, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability monitoring, and ongoing A/B testing. • Build and maintain targeted audience lists for digital, outbound, and ABM campaigns, partnering with Commercial Ops to ensure data accuracy and proper tracking. • Build and refine nurture journeys—across channels, segments, and lifecycle stages—in close partnership with demand gen team members. • Track and analyze campaign results, create insights dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and efficiency. • Collaborate with the commercial optimization team to ensure accurate attribution, lead tracking, and reporting on campaign performance. 90 Day Plan Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following: • Get up to speed on 2026 plans and 1H campaigns, step in to run existing projects forward • Ramp up on tools, audiences and workflows • Audit existing campaigns, analyze historical performance • Align closely with sales and consultant relations to understand how to activate channel for greater growth • Build and optimize reporting dashboards • Establish testing plans and create scalable SOPs • Deliver performance insights and recommendations Must-Haves • 4-7 years of experience in execution-focused demand generation or performance marketing roles • Hands-on experience with major martech platforms (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools, email automation platforms, analytics tools) • Strong analytical and technical skills—you’re comfortable pulling data, building dashboards, and diagnosing funnel performance. • Demonstrated ability to build and launch campaigns quickly while maintaining quality and strategic intent. • Experience developing nurture programs, managing digital channels, and executing ABM tactics. • Ability to balance scrappiness with operational rigor; you know when to iterate fast and when to slow down and design for scale. • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts preferred Values-driven culture Virta’s company values drive our culture, so you’ll do well if: • You put people first and take care of yourself, your peers, and our patients equally • You have a strong sense of ownership and take initiative while empowering others to do the same • You prioritize positive impact over busy work • You have no ego and understand that everyone has something to bring to the table regardless of experience • You appreciate transparency and promote trust and empowerment through open access of information • You are evidence-based and prioritize data and science over seniority or dogma • You take risks and rapidly iterate Is this role not quite what you're looking for? Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation range is $122,000-$145,000/year.
