This is a high-impact AVP I role within FP&A Consolidation, critical to the accuracy, integrity, and execution of enterprise-wide financial processes. The role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership and complex financial operations and is well-suited for a candidate who demonstrates strong execution, ownership, and attention to detail, with the ability to grow into broader responsibility over time.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise-wide financial consolidation processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial reporting packages for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across FP&A, Accounting, HR, and other partner teams
- Analyze financial results, headcount trends, and workforce analytics to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Liaison between Finance, HR, Accounting, and business partners to ensure alignment, data integrity, and timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and planning systems (enterprise FP&A tools)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High degree of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive payroll and compensation data
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a complex, multi-entity or global organization
- Exposure to enterprise planning or consolidation tools (e.g., Anaplan or similar platforms)
