About the position The Weck™ portfolio of ligation solutions from Teleflex, including the renowned Hem-o-lok® and Horizon® Ligation Systems, has empowered surgeons around the world to ligate with security and confidence for decades. Globally, this portfolio represents more than $180 million in annual revenue for the Surgical Business Unit. More than just clips, the Weck ligation portfolio is built around a core commitment to service excellence—encompassing applier maintenance, staff training, inventory management, repair programs, and clinical education—all of which contribute to an exceptional customer experience and enduring market leadership. The Associate Product Manager, Ligation Portfolio will be responsible for assisting in the creation, execution, and management of full-stream marketing initiatives for the Weck ligation portfolio, with a particular emphasis on the Horizon® platform and service programs across the global ligation business. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to drive commercial growth, develop marketing content and campaigns, and work closely with the Sales organization to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and alignment with business objectives. This position will be based in Morrisville, NC 3 days a week. Responsibilities • Support the strategic and tactical marketing activities for the Weck™ ligation portfolio, with a focus on the Horizon® product line and associated service and repair programs. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Sales, MarCom, Operations, and Service to assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across teams. • Assist in the development of marketing collateral, training tools, and promotional campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and growth. • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer insights to support strategic recommendations and identify new opportunities. • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the customer experience, strengthen field engagement, and reinforce Weck's leadership in surgical ligation. • Demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented approach and support additional projects or responsibilities as assigned. • Partner with the sales team to conduct customer research in the field • Uphold the Teleflex Code of Ethics and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Requirements • Four-year College degree, MBA preferred • 1-3 years marketing experience preferred • 2+ years of clinical experience with surgical medical devices in the OR setting preferred • Strategic thinker who knows the importance of flawless execution • Ability to work with colleagues to drive consensus on product portfolio decisions • Advanced communication skills resulting in the ability to gain alignment with senior management and to work with colleagues to drive consensus on product line decisions • Ability to drive focus and prioritization • Experience in insights generation, portfolio management, brand strategy, new product development, market research, positioning, messaging, and segmentation • Understands new product development processes and the medical regulatory environment • Self-starter, knows how to approach the job, passionate about the industry • Able to work in a lean environment without a large infrastructure behind him/her • Willing to create and fix processes when and where necessary for success • Unquestionable ethics and integrity Nice-to-haves • Medical Device sales experience a plus • Experience in local brand marketing (line marketing) with responsibility for a brand or portfolio of brands within a country or region preferred Apply tot his job
