As the Associate Manager, Product Marketing at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting operations of all landing pages across the arenaflex.com website for our various subscriber acquisition initiatives. You will also be responsible for supporting improvements in our web/mobile web signup flows, and A/B testing improvements that drive incremental gains for the business. This role is highly collaborative, and you will be working with stakeholders across many teams. Responsibilities: • Landing page operations: Build and... optimize new/existing landing page experiences across web and mobile web to maximize subscriber acquisition and lifetime value. Utilize web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems. • Work with marketing campaign managers and channel managers across arenaflex Streaming to build and manage custom web acquisition funnels (landing pages and signup flows) for paid/organic search, display, brand, and email. • Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on landing pages and signup flows. Leverage this data to identify new areas of opportunity to build custom landing pages and test hypotheses; use insights to inform user narratives and programs that improve the consumer experience leading to subscriber growth. Build a deep understanding of our analytics systems, implementation, and how users behave on our web properties. • Help maintain our A/B experimentation roadmap for arenaflex.com landing pages and sign-up flow, build tests in our experimentation platform, and interpret results in collaboration with data analysts and Finance team. Constantly seek out opportunities to optimize conversion rate for arenaflex and The arenaflex Bundle. • Support senior managers in evaluating the company’s business goals, marketing strategy, and digital marketing plans, to synthesize them into a roadmap for the landing page and signup flow user experiences. • Work with partners from Product, Technical Project Management and Engineering teams to prioritize the roadmap items for front-end development and back-end systems to support those goals. • Act as a product evangelist with a thorough understanding of customer needs and behaviors on arenaflex.com (non-subscribers), effectively connecting product features to business value and translating to compelling signup experiences. • Work with UX designers, copywriters and artists on wireframing, layout, copywriting, design and production of campaign materials - to enable an optimized online shopping & buying experience that is personalized to targeted audience types such as students, canceled users, or cart abandoners. Minimum Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management, product marketing or digital marketing role. • Experience in building and optimizing winning landing pages experiences using best practices. • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), HTML/CSS, web analytics platforms, SEO best practices and agile methodologies. • Experience in defining business requirements for product features. • Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of cross-functional partners and a demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization. • Experience in working with art directors, graphic designers and copywriters for creative production. • Proficiency in AB/multivariate testing with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into insights and strategies. • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with audience segmentation, thinking through the customer journey, and developing business requirements based on customer insights. • Ability to work in an ever changing fast paced environment with technical know-how and comfort working with acquisition marketing teams. • Strong executor and problem solver, who can be resourceful and creative. The hiring range for this position in California is $102,000 to $136,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
