This role supports a large, marquee pharmaceutical client and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile corporate brand initiatives spanning earned media, creative storytelling, partnerships, and major brand moments. This is a role for someone who wants to learn how brands earn their way into culture through the stories they tell, the partnerships they build, and the moments they show up for. You'll be part of a team helping a global pharmaceutical company connect purpose to action, and you'll develop your craft across earned media, creative storytelling, and reputation strategy.You’re organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to complex work while developing your strategic instincts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Support + Execution • Support day-to-day execution of corporate brand communications programs, including campaigns, partnerships, and integrated initiatives. • Assist with the development and implementation of communications plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. • Help coordinate earned media efforts, creative storytelling initiatives, and brand moments in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Draft and edit materials such as briefing documents, messaging frameworks, media lists, recaps, and internal updates. • Support on-site or live activations and events as needed, helping ensure smooth execution and attention to detail. • Track coverage, campaign outputs, and milestones, and support basic reporting and recaps. • Stay informed on the client’s business, brand, and industry landscape, bringing relevant insights to the team. Team Collaboration + Growth • Work closely with account leads and cross-functional partners—creative, analytics, paid, project management—to keep integrated work on track and moving forward. • Own your tasks with independence and accountability, while knowing when to ask questions or flag risks early. • Seek out and absorb feedback; apply what you learn to get sharper with every project. • Bring curiosity to team discussions—notice what's happening in culture, media, and brand storytelling, and don't be afraid to share an observation or idea. • Help keep the team organized and efficient; be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. • Approach every project as a chance to learn how the pieces connect—from strategy to execution to measurement. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 1–3 years of experience in a public relations, communications, or integrated marketing agency (or relevant in-house role). • Interest in corporate brand, reputation, and purpose-driven communications, ideally within healthcare or other complex industries. • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. • Curiosity about how earned media, creative storytelling, partnerships, and brand activations work together. • Proficiency in arenaflex PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; comfort learning new tools and systems. • A commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and an interest in contributing to inclusive teams and work. • Positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and delivering excellent work.
