Job title: E-Commerce Merchandiser

Work Set up: Hybrid Set up (2x on-site and 3x remote) in Pasig City

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience with the Amazon Platform
  • Experience in the manufacturing and e-commerce product
  • Experience with uploading e-commerce product catalogs on key retailer sites, including but not limited to Amazon, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Lowes
  • Prior SEO, PPC, and email marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems
  • Knowledge of retail/e-commerce requirements, including keyword search, compliance, campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, and reporting
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly skilled at manipulating data in Excel
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Merchandiser supports all the company's online sales activities, best practices, and the customer experience. This position is integral to activities including setting up items in retailer portals while delivering compelling marketing content that engages customers across the e-commerce retailer landscape. This individual reports to the E-Commerce Sales Manager, contributes to the acquisition of new business in addition to maintaining and maximizing the sales growth and profits for existing accounts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strategic thinking to problem-solve and increase sales.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps with internal processes as well as customer processes.
  • Provide best in class service to our customers.
  • Collaborate with Stanley Black & Decker to enhance products / overall sales plan.
  • Share innovative ideas and recommendations with the team.
  • Set up items on various retailer websites and manage an auditing process to ensure product listings are available, accurate, and compliant with internal/external standards.
  • Assist with the day-to-day responsibilities for key retailers including content maintenance and ad-hoc requests from the buyers/retailer contacts.
  • Communicate Supply Chain/inventory delays with Retail Partners.
  • Ensure the company's brand image and product content is accurate and compelling to incite consumer purchases.
  • Complete white space analyses for retailers, seeing where products are missing from the site that can be added to their overall assortment.
