AI Automation Engineer (n8n + WhatsApp) – Build, Document & Handover Concierge Agent

We’re building a private AI concierge agent for a luxury real estate advisory brand (LuxBroker). This is a one-time, fixed-scope build with a mandatory documentation and handoff phase. This is not a retainer, SaaS product, or long-term management role. What You’ll Build A production-ready AI concierge agent that: Runs on n8n Integrates with WhatsApp (Twilio or equivalent) Uses LLMs (OpenAI) for structured, controlled conversations Qualifies inbound leads (luxury / UHNW focus) Asks one question at a time, short and professional Captures and structures lead data (name, intent, budget range, timeline, use case) Quietly filters low-quality leads Tags and scores lead quality Routes high-intent leads for human follow-up Logs all conversations to Airtable or arenaflex Sheets Is clean, modular, and easy for a hands-on founder to modify later Tone is advisory-first, not salesy. Deliverables (Required) By completion, you must provide: Fully built and tested n8n workflows Clean, editable prompt logic Environment setup explanation (API keys removed) Clear documentation, including: Workflow logic overview Where to edit prompts and questions How to add or remove steps Basic troubleshooting A short handoff walkthrough (call or recording) After handoff, I own and control the system fully. What This Is NOT No long-term retainer No backend ownership No black-box systems No over-engineering No “you need me to maintain it” setups On-call support may be requested only as needed, separately. Ideal Candidate You: Have real production experience with n8n Are comfortable with WhatsApp automation + APIs Understand how to control LLM behavior and avoid hallucinations Build clean systems designed for handoff Can explain your work clearly to a non-engineer Prefer finishing projects cleanly Bonus if you’ve built: Concierge agents CRM automations Lead qualification systems High-trust / high-ticket workflows Budget & Structure Fixed-price project Clearly defined scope Short timeline No implied long-term work How to Apply (Required) Start your proposal with: “I build handoff-ready AI systems.” Also answer: What’s your preferred n8n architecture for a WhatsApp AI agent? How do you design systems so founders can safely modify them later? How do you prevent hallucinations or bad advice in concierge agents? Share one real system you’ve built that’s similar (no theory).
